Eligibility Criteria to get admission into M.Tech program
The eligibility criteria for taking admission in M.Tech with their respective specialization are as under:
M Tech in Computer Science and Engineering: 
The aspirants seeking admission in this course needs to be a pass out of BE or B.Tech or an equivalent 
degree in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology or MCA with minimum merit 
of 50%.

M Tech in Material Science and Technology: 
The aspirants need to be a BE/B. Tech or should have an equivalent degree in Metallurgy/Mechanical/Chemical/ Production/ Industrial (or) MSc (Physics /Chemistry / Material Science / Nano Science and Technology) with minimum merit of 50%.

M Tech in Power Plant Engineering and Energy Management: 
The aspirants need to be a BE/B. Tech or should have an equivalent degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/instrumentation with a minimum percentage of 50%.

M Tech in Power Electronics and Power systems:
The aspirants need to be a BE/B. Tech or should have an equivalent degree in BE / BTech or equivalent degree in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics/Electronics and Communication Engineering with minimum merit of 50% or MSc Electronics from an authorized university with minimum merit of 50%.

M Tech in Structural Engineering: 
The aspirants need to be BE / B Tech or equivalent degree in Civil engineering and should have minimum merit of 50%.

How to Apply for M.Tech in OPJU?
There are three modes of applying to M.Tech College in Raigarh :
